You know those people who are always smiling and upbeat every time you see them? The ones that just ooze with enthusiasm and lust for life. I often wonder what there secret is.
What is it that makes them soooo happy? What are they doing with their life that makes it sooo enjoyable?
I would love to be surrounded with such people and have that enthusiasm rub off on me!
Some days It feels like just another day … work, housework, kid-wrangling … Oh how even just the words make it sound so inviting *insert sarcasm here* but truly, do you ever feel like that?
And don’t even get me started about when these days seem to just roll on into each other and soon weeks have rolled by …
Those people, those life enthusiasts, must have some worries and mundane tasks in their life so why are they still so upbeat and loving life?
Well, I can only guess and draw from my own experience. To think back, or stop in the moment, of what it is when I am having a fantastic day.
For me, it would be a day in which I have included either some crafting, painting, organising, de-cluttering, maybe a run or just a boogie in my kitchen to some pumping beats. A day where I included something that sparks that endorphin rush and energises me to carry on.
THAT is what the whole concept behind TEAM Friday is …
it’s not just about fitness (although I LOVE hearing the TEAM’s fitness pursuits and it spurs me on to include more exercise in my routine);
it’s not just about eating healthily (recipes are another much loved link up giving us all ideas of how to nourish our bodies with healthier options);
TEAM Friday is about surrounding ourselves with those people – life enthusiasts or us wannabes **hands up here** and sharing ways that bring that energy into our daily lives!
If that energy is craft, link that up.
If that energy is running, link that up.
If that energy is how you pep talk yourself to get stuff done, link that up too!
Then visit the others that have linked up and feel motivated to bring more energy into your life, you may just open yourself up to ideas that you never thought possible ..
Life is a discovery, get out there and live it to it’s fullest potential!
