When things don’t go to plan. What do you do?
Well there are two options. Option A: crumble into a complete mess. Option B: just keep on going.
When things went a little downhill for me this week, what did I do? Well, a little bit of both actually.
You see if you pick option A you have got to keep on going at some time, better to choose now rather than later in my books!
So I had a little sad time, gave myself a bit of a talking to and attempted to get on with It!
Only things didn’t go according to plan AGAIN! So I’m adjusting the plan, much like one in training would do – tweak it until it works.
I dropped the ball for I was juggling too many, time to stop juggling. One thing at a time, from start to finish. And look after myself better.
Earlier bedtime, louder alarm clock, more physical activity and less junk (note to self – tell Hubby that under no circumstances is he to bring home chocolate
even especially when I request it).
Beyond that, the plan is to not have a plan, less expectations of myself for surely I was expecting too much.
And so I am constantly reminded of my new non-plan, I made a little something visual.
